History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Valafar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. History: She got into the Jeweler business at a young age. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Assassin born in the past three hundred years. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Recently the stress of being a Assassin has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
