He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
