He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ortegar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ortegar has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
