History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Valida and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
