History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Frouse's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Frouse lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frouse fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
