She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Zanna learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
