History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Cairn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cairn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
