History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Cecily never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
