History: Born in the east to a Assassin, Art learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
