History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kristryd grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Through the years after Kristryd was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kristryd's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Actor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Purban never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
