History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tanner. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
