History: Irann hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand her business

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She carries with her a set of monstrous two handed axes on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the east to a Gardener, Gillyd learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Paela was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her red crest is lengthy. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
