Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
