History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Duergath learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Charles will drive conversation. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he seems to be bored by most things
