Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Olivia hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Olivia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Olivia. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
