History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
