History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Adrie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. She is baby faced.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. After coming to the age of reason, Seere took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seere fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
