Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Being a Doctor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His beige fur is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Kite liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
