History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is an amazing painter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Umpen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Pijjirik was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Pijjirik's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
