She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Bryseis would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bryseis hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bryseis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bryseis. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
