Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a white costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. Her long silver hair reaches down to her waist. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
