History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He carries a battered warhammer and tarnished hand crossbow as well. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Therai lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and white robe with the hood down. His hair is silver and very short. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'1". She wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow, and her gloved hand is found clutching a shortbow. Her beige fur is lengthy. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is greedy
