Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has decided she is irredeemable

She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
