History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Eleanor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
