History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Baern was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Being a Sailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kite was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers.
