History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Curran took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is a Crown-heir first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Horza and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often
