Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears long strands of amethyst and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Werydd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Werydd hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she wants revenge against giants

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She has brown hair. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a simple grey robe with green stripes complete with hood. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson grey hat.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
