History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
