History: Ekemon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Ekemon and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ekemon discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ekemon fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Sweet has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
