History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Oskar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
