Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is red and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
