History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother').
