History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. Merla was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Merla decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jane isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Cloak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cloak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cloak. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Cloak never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Purban wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Purban was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
