History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Cockaby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jezean embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is tan, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and to settle down with her crush
