Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Umpen's homeland. Umpen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
