History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Emerald learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

History: Pirithin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
