History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She struck the Junk Dealer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult.

History: Rinn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
