Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears dark leathers with embroidery, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Griselda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 57. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Dagnal liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears bulky grey painted plate armor. She wears her silver hair up. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Nora was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Performer. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This tall, slender man wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Zaffrab enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is content.
