Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Layabout. He has wavy golden hair. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Barfa was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Barfa reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is content

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His golden hair is still thick. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He very much looks the part of a Guard. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job
