Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is auburn and very short. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Bolhild enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
