History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Pikar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion
