History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He found a children's book about a Gnome Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
