Description: An older man who wears skinny pants and wears a black and yellow robe with the hood down, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is blue and curly. His black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Astar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Astar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
