He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Phelaia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Traubon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
