History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mindartis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She has hazel eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a great chef.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to be a detective again
