History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a Doctor, her father struggled to pay the bills. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
