History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shadow fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mishann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mishann. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ombul embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Ombul learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He struck the Engraver job and began his own company from there.
