History: Born to a Mortician, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gifted student she started as a Barber, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
