When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a very tight haircut. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Varis was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and money/treasure
