Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Priest. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length brown fur. His copper eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cloud studied abroad. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
